Wednesday sure does come around fast, doesn’t it. Luckily this is my favorite post of the week to put together for you guys. Without further ado…
1. You might remember my obsession with house boats from this post. Well, I have found the houseboat to end all houseboats. My Scandinavian Home featured this houseboat on Regent’s Canal in London, I literally almost died. You will not believe the goodness. For a small sneak peek, check out the feature image above. Now T H A T is a houseboat.
2. Jennifer, from Dimples and Tangles, did two great posts on styling that you should check out. The first is tips for styling when photographing interiors and the second is a round-up of her top five styling tips. You should definitely hop over for a read.
3. I can not even describe how bad I want this jacket. The color, the collar, the basket weave detail. This list goes on and on. Unfortunately there is not a chance that I will be able to own it. Insert sad face emoticon here. Luckily, this one is a pretty good substitute and definitely more in my price range.
4. Kristen, from Simply Grove, did a great post on gallery walls. Lots of creative ideas for what to incorporate in gallery walls and where to use them.
5. I am in the market for some new black flats and I absolutely adore these in black stingray. And while these aren’t black flats, they are so cute and for $40….c’mon.
6. Brittany, from Brittany Makes, has just launched a new shop specializing in vintage rugs, pillows and throws. Her finds are absolutely gorgeous and I highly recommend checking it out. She re-stocks frequently, so be sure to subscribe if you want to be one of the first to know when something new hits her shop.
7. Last but not least, most of you know that I am participating as a guest in Calling it Home’s One Room Challenge and re-doing my master bedroom. Linda hosted the first guest participant link-up last Thursday. I highly recommend going to check it out. There are some pretty amazing designs planned.
